Our return and exchange policy covers 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your purchase, we can not offer you a return or exchange.
Returns are provided for items that do not conform to the description of the item purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card account within a few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If 30 days have gone by since your item was returned and you still havenít received a refund:

Contact your bank or credit/debit card company about the delay. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If youíve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges are provided for items that are defective.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier.
If your shipment arrives undamaged but your item is defective, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
